Rehabilitation

The goal of rehabilitation is to preserve and restore the physical, psychological and social functions of the patient. The rehabilitation program consists of active procedures (kinetic therapy, occupational therapy) and passive procedures (thermal, electromagnetic and therapeutic aids).
The mobile team is responsible for physical therapy and in agreement with you, choose a suitable training program and educate you on how to properly practice at home.

As part of the rehabilitation and with the aim to reduce symptoms and prevent the disease you are offered an appropriate medical yoga program. Medical Yoga uses physical exercises and positions, combined with breathing exercises and concentration. The exercises and techniques are adapted to the specific needs of each patient.

Yoga has a soothing effect on the sympathetic system and activates the parasympathetic system (n.vagus), which among other things reduces the inflammatory response and increases immunity. Through the practice of yoga, we uphold and maintain the domination of the parasympathetic.
